What is the coverage area of Diallog?
DIALLOG services are provided in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Attock and Muree. Does Diallog offering services in Rawat, Tarnol, Barakahu & Murree? There is partial coverage in all these areas .

What is the warranty for the set provided with DIALLOG connection?
There is one year warranty of the set provided with the DIALLOG connection.

What is the function of DC port?
It's used for charging.

Is car charger of the handset available?
It's available in open market.

What is the battery time of the DIALLOG set?
72 Hours.

What if my set has a fault in it like its speaker is not working properly?
Please get the set at CS Center and it will be replaced after checking that there is a genuine problem.

What if I forget the security code of the set after changing it?
Bring the set to Head Office to reset the code.

What is the code to change the set from ESN to RUIM?
Dial ##456258## and press OK then give Security code and dial 309296 and press OK then dial ##864 and press OK

What is the code to change the set from RUIM to ESN?
Dial ##456258## and press OK then give Security Code dial 309296 and press OK then dial ##846846846 and press OK.

What is the price of the Data Cable (White & Black Set)?
Its available at CS Center & Franchisees.

How restriction can be removed from International calls on ETS 388?
* Go to Security Setup
Enter lock code (0000 if not changed)
Go to Restrict
Go to Int'l Calls
Check "Int'l Call No" and uncheck "Int'l Call Yes".

Can DIALLOG set be used as an exchange like PTCL?
This service is not being provided currently.

Can credit card machine be used with DIALLOG set?
This feature is not provided yet.

Can DIALLOG set be used as with FAX machine?
This feature is not provided yet.

Can I pay through my credit card?
Yes, but only at CS Center.

Can someone collect my bill amount from my office or home?
Only if someone from Sales team of DIALLOG has sold out the connection and committed the customer about it.

What would be the connection charges without set?
Security = Rs. 1000.00 for NWD & Rs. 1000.00 IDD Access
+ Line Rent as per package selected
+ RUIM Charges = Rs230.00

What is the line rent of CORPORATE Package?
Rs. 299.00

What is the line rent of Shandar Package?
Zero.

What is the requirement for changing the ownership?
You have to submit the Ownership Transfer Form availabale at Franchisees & CS Center along with the NIC copy of the new customer.

Is it possible to receive the bill through E-mail?
No, we are not providing any such facility.

What is the purpose of the credit limit?
Since it’s a Post Paid connection so for bill collection purpose, if the customer is about to cross the credit limit he is given a warning call to deposit the bill.

When outgoing of my set is blocked?
Right after the outgoing credit limit is crossed.

When incoming of my set is blocked?
Right after the incoming credit limit is crossed?

How can I inquire my bill?
Dial 450 or 451 from your set
Press 1
Press 1
You will know your bill through IVR.

How can I get the billing details?
Dial 450 from your set

Can I get the duplicate copy of my bill?
Yes you can get it from DIALLOG Head Office.

What if I deposit amount more than my outstanding bill?
It will be added to your balance in advance.

Can I receive the bill on my Franchisee's address?
Yes, you can have any address as your billing address.

Can I activate CNIR?
Its activated only on special request from Billing Department or from Mr. Kamil.

How can I activate Call Waiting?
Press * 74 and press CALL button wait untill you hear recording that "The feature you have selected is subscribed now".

How can I deactivate Call Waiting?
Press * 740 and press CALL button and wait untill you hear that " The feature you have selected is unsubscribed now".

Can I differentiate in normal & diverted call?
No there is no such facility provided.

How I can activate Call Forwarding?
To activate CFD Press * 68 and dial the number to which you want to transfer the call without any space and press CALL button. (Call Forwarding Default) Call is forwarded if number is BUSY or number is NO ANSWER.

What is DIALLOG INFO?
DIALLOG-INFO is a service, allowing DIALLOG subscribers to get instant information from various domains just by dialing 411.

What does it cost?
It is the same as of Local call cost in your tariff package.

How to use DIALLOG Info?
To use this service, simply call 411 and follow system instructions to select any category as desired.

What is a voice menu?
By calling to 411 you will be able to hear voice menu of DIALLOG INFO. Voice menu offers guiding voice prompts for availing DIALLOG-INFO service.

What should I do to listen to the information from specific category?
Call to 411 and you will hear a message:
“Welcome to DIALLOG INFO, take your information and entertain yourself with our service.

To listen to current news press 1
To learn weather forecast press 2
For Financial information – 3
Information about this day – 4
Horoscopes – 5
To enter entertainment section – press
Recipes – 7

Select a category and press desired number. You’ll be moved to the intended section. Example: if you select section “Finance” (Press number 3) you will hear a voice prompting:
“To listen to Karachi Stock Exchange Indexes press 1.” You simply need to select a section and then press the relevant number. After that you’ll be able to listen to desired information.

What does it mean if I hear a message: “Please, make a choice”?
This message reminds you, that you need to select one option of your choice from the available list.

If you want to listen to this menu one more time, simply press *.
To exit from DIALLOG INFO – press #.

What does it mean if I hear “You made a wrong choice”?
It means that you have pressed a figure that doesn’t correspond to any section and is not a valid choice entry.

What does it mean if I hear: “Waiting period is over”?
It means that you were waiting too much to select a section and in this case DIALLOG INFO will drop the call automatically.

What does it mean if I hear: “If while listening you want to skip current message and go to the next– press 0, listen one more time – 8”?
It means that while listening, you can press 0 and it will bring you automatically, to the next voice info in the same category (news, entertainment and recipes)
If you want to listen to the last message once again, you need to press 8. It will not work in sections like Horoscopes, Finance, Weather, because information is presented for the specific date and there is only one message.

If I have already listened to some information from any section; is it possible to listen again to it one more time?

Information from “Horoscopes”, “Weather”, “Finance” and “This day” categories is presented for the specific date and consists only of one voice info for the whole day. However this voice info can be listened as many times as you wish, just by dialing 411.
However “News” are being updated regularly during the day, that’s why you can go to the already heard news, only after listening to fresh news.
All other sections consist of huge amount of messages. If you decide to listen to a particular category again, you’ll start from the point, from where you exit last time. E.g. if you exit from the DIALLOG INFO while listening the joke number 4, next time if you again opted to listen jokes, you will be able to listen next joke i.e. number 5.

Why was my call dropped after 30 minutes?
This happens because there is a limit of 30 minutes for each call. If you want to continue, simply dial 411 again.

The call on toll free numbers will be free?
Yes it will be free.

Can I use 2 connections on one set?
Yes it can be done but only with RUIM.

How can I increase my credit limit?
You can deposit as much amount as you want to upgrade yor credit limit.

How many prepaid packages are offered right now?
Only one DIALLOG EASY.
