Upon activating DIALLOG Voicemail, a FREE personal mailbox will be created for you, where all your voice messages will be stored.
You can access your Voicemail anytime by following the directions given below. DIALLOG will guide you through the activation process, where you can change the password, choose a pre-set welcome message or record your own personalized one. DIALLOG Voicemail will also notify you of a new Voice Message through an SMS, so you may truly never miss a call.

How to Activate Voicemail:
- This service is available for all DIALLOG subscribers. There are no additional activation charges.
- You may choose from the following four forwarding mechanisms while using DIALLOG Voicemail service:
Unconditional (all calls) – By dialing




all incoming calls will be forwarded to DIALLOG Voicemail.
Busy – By dialing




all calls received while the line is busy will be forwarded to DIALLOG Voicemail.
No Answer – By dialing




all calls received while the subscriber does not answer will be forwarded to DIALLOG Voicemail.
Default – By dialing




all calls will be forwarded to DIALLOG Voicemail by default whenever the line is busy, does not answer, is switched off or out of the coverage area.
How to Deactivate Voicemail:

How to use:
- Check Voicemail – To check your Voicemail dial



from DIALLOG, and follow system’s instructions. You will then be connected directly to your mailbox. However, if your mailbox is password protected, the system will ask you to feed the password first. - Check Voicemail from Other Networks – You can also check your Voicemail from other networks

Then enter your Voicemail number and personal password. Please make sure that the phone you use has DTMF (Dual Tone Multi-Frequency) which is essential in order to check a mailbox.
When you enter your mailbox for the first time, the system will ask you to change the default password. The default password is 1111.
Send a Voicemail Message:
DIALLOG Voicemail lets you send voice messages to other DIALLOG numbers by simply dialing 


from DIALLOG, 






from other networks in Islamabad and 






from other networks in Lahore. The system will ask you to enter the number to which you want to send the message, and then let you record and leave the message. Please note that the number must be in 






format.
