DIALLOG Mobile Access Hunting is a great way for businesses to organize small call centers by using multiple lines to answer their calls. This service binds a main number with a group of supplementary numbers and establishes a Mobile Access Hunting network. When someone calls the main number, MAH checks if it is free or not. If the main number is busy, MAH will automatically check for the next free line from amongst the group of supplementary numbers and connect the call immediately. This way the caller doesn’t notice exactly which number he/she is connected to, while the owner can use any of the numbers to make and answer calls simultaneously.
