With DIALLOG’s Call Forwarding Busy service, you can decide where to divert your calls in advance whenever you are busy with another call. Instead of making your callers wait while you talk on the other line, you can simply forward their calls to another number where they can be responded to immediately. You can choose either your voice mailbox or any other number to forward your incoming calls to.

In case you have activated both Call Waiting and Call Forwarding Busy services, priority will be given to the Call Waiting service.
