Customer Care Internet Services. Use the 24hour convenience of the Internet to check your account details, including call details, payments, balance, etc. Simply log on to Customer Care Internet Services . Enter your phone number (login) and NIC number (password) and manage your account online.

To log in, proceed as follows:

DIALLOG Number
Enter your DIALLOG number in the format: Country Code - Area Code - Local Number

For example: Country Code  , Area Code  and Local Number 

Then DIALLOG number is .

Note: Country Code and Area Code must be written without preceding 0's.

Password
Enter a valid Password.

• For regular users, enter assigned password.
• For first time users, enter valid N.I.C. Number or valid Passport Number. Passport Number will be entered only in case you didn't provide the NIC number on time of getting your connection. If you haven't provided the passport number on time of registration, then simply contact Customer Services.

Sign In
After entering DIALLOG # and Password, click Sign In to log into the account.
