DIALLOG and Worldcall sign Interconnect Agreement

DIALLOG

Islamabad, April 23, 2007: DIALLOG and Worldcall have signed an interconnect agreement between their respective networks. The agreement was signed by Mr. Sohail Qadir Chief Operating Officer of Worldcall and Mr. Artem Orange Chief Executive Officer of DIALLOG on behalf of their respective companies.

This agreement has further strengthened the friendly ties between the two Wireless Local Loop operators and will ensure better and more reliable communication facilities for their subscribers. With the agreement the companies will have more interconnect paths available to them and the network capabilities will be expanded. The interconnect also provides free Short Messaging Service between subscribers of DIALLOG and Worldcall.

Artem Orange, CEO DIALLOG stated that DIALLOG has taken yet another step forward in establishing business ties with WLL operators by forming this new alliance with Worldcall. Previously DIALLOG only had interconnect agreement with PTCL and Telecard. Now having established an agreement with Worldcall, DIALLOG has a direct interconnect with all WLL operators in Pakistan and has abided by its commitment to head towards a progressive future for the company and to provide superior communication services to its subscribers.

DIALLOG is a 100% foreign investment in the Telecom sector of Pakistan. The company is a license holder for provision of Wireless Local Loop services in five out of the fourteen telecom regions of the country, namely: Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore and Karachi Telecom Regions. Commercial services were launched in Islamabad and Rawalpindi on 14th August 2005 and in Lahore on 15th August, 2006.
