Mr. Artem Orange has over ten years of telecom experience in different parts of the world, including three years as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of JV “BelCel”, the oldest cellular company in Belarus which was re-launched with CDMA services back in 2002. He lead the transition, which made the project cash positive in 1.5 years since inception and has to his credit successful implementation of the third network in the world operating CDMA in 450 MHz frequency band, which makes him the only expert in Pakistan with prior experience of this unique band.

Maj. Kamil Khan is a qualified Communications Systems Engineer with a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He has an extensive thirty eight years of varied experience of telecommunications including fifteen years as a Telecom Consultant. In that capacity he was exclusively responsible for introducing and promoting business interests in Pakistan of various telecom companies of global repute such as France Telecom, Cable & Wireless, Hyundai, Qualcomm; patent holders of CDMA technology. He was actively involved in restructuring of the country’s telecom sector, acquiring an in-depth understanding of the telecom regulatory environment, both local and international.

Mr. Saeed Qadri has spent over seven years in leadership and management of high-tech service oriented companies in a variety of senior roles ranging from ExecutiveManagement,Operations, Customer Relationship Management and Product Management at country/regional level. He is the founder of an entrepreneurial startup Voxel Communications which is one of the pioneering and successful contact center and CRM companies in Pakistan with presence in UK and US. Previously he was the CTO of Halliburton’s IT business in Paksitan; LMKR. Mr. Qadri has worked with global companies to design and implement solutions to meet their offshore and outsourced services requirements world-wide, with clients including British Petroleum, Royal Bank of Canada, Hutchinson 3G, Sprint Wireless, National Savings, PTCL, InfoSpan, CDA and Electronic Government Directorate of Pakistan.

Mr. Ashruff Rana is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over nine years experience in advising different facets of the telecom industry from the platform of Bridge Factor and Anjum Asim Shahid Rahman, Chartered Accountants. He has the honor of being involved with different organizations in nearly all phases of the telecom modernization in Pakistan including Business Process Re-engineering of PTCL for privatization, advisory to PTA on the deregulation policy, advisory to Nortel Networks on Paktel conversion to GSM, advisory to high net worth investors on GSM licensing, advisory to LDI, WLL & LL operators on financing arrangements, sale of Burraq Telecom to Qatar Telecom lead consortium, purchase of 3.5 GHz frequency spectrum assets of Telecard for Burraq Telecom etc.

Mr. Viktor Novikov is a qualified telecom engineer with over 17 years of professional experience in telecommunications and over 12 years of professional experience in the cellular industry. He made his career from Engineer to CTO position in JV “BelCel” – the oldest mobile operator in Belarus. He is a certified СDMA2000 and WCDMA/UMTS expert of Qualcomm University, as well as of Huawei, Lucent Technologies and UTStarcom training centers.

Mr. Mikalai Kautsevich has over 14 years of experience in IT and Electronics, with the focus on design and implementation of ERP and Automated Industrial Control systems. He was working on mission critical assignments for Belarussian National Academy of Sciences in the nation-wide project of automation of Belarussian Power Supply and Distribution System, where equipment and software created under his supervision is providing reliable, precise and fault-tolerant sources of real-time data and alarms to centralized O&M center. He designed and deployed IT infrastructure for enterprises of different sectors and was responsible for design and implementation of OSS/BSS systems.

Mr. Ali Imran has over 9 years of experience in the sales, marketing and distribution fields of the telecom sector of Pakistan. During this time he has gained extensive understanding and knowledge of the sales and distributions networks, business planning and strategy, setting up and managing sales teams, rolling out franchise and retail channels and project management. Some of his key achievements include launch of Ufone GSM services in most of the northern region, highest ever expansion of Ufone dealer outlets, launch of Pakistan's first LDI calling card “BIGTIME” and two regional calling cards with establishment of the largest calling card distribution network in Pakistan and a record of consistent realization of sales and revenue targets.

Shaheryar is MS (CS) with majors in Management Information Systems and Data Communication Networks from Bahria University. He has acquired years of varied experience in Project Management, Operations & IT trainings as well as the education sector, as a member of the permanent faculty at Bahria University. While serving as Systems Manager at Call Central, he developed the very first infrastructure of a call center in Islamabad. Shaheryar Yousafzai is one of the pioneers of Voxel Communications where he is working as Operations Manager, managing domestic and international operations of the organization. Shaheryar is prominent in sales and business development in the country’s domestic market.
